VIRAL VIDEO: A groom in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla took a ride in a JCB to reach his wedding venue as heavy snowfall caused hindrance while he was on his way, for his marriage rituals.
A groom arrived at his wedding venue on a JCB in Shimla! However, it wasn’t with the intention of making a grand entry. He was forced to take a ride in a JCB machine as heavy snowfall caused hindrance while he was on his way, for his marriage rituals. Because of the heavy snowfall, many roads on higher altitudes across Himachal have been closed, leaving the groom no choice but to opt for a JCB machine.

The clip was shared on Twitter by a user who goes by the name @Anilkimta2. He wrote, ”Because of heavy Snowfall going on in Himachal,a barat was ferried in Two JCB Machines in a Snow Bound are of Shimla district in Himachal ..Watch this video of Barat in JCBs ..Himachali Rocks.”

In the video, the groom and his entourage can be seen using two JCB machines to reach the wedding venue. The groom and the ‘baraat’ are seen heading towards the wedding venue in the JCB while the Himachali song can be heard playing in the background.

In a similar wedding event from Pakistan’s Hunza valley, the bride and groom chose to ride a JCB vehicle to reach their wedding venue. The video of the bride and groom ditching a luxury car ride and riding on the JCB excavator went viral after it was shared on Twitter by a Pakistan journalist named Ghulam Abbas Shah.

The 40-second video was shared on Twitter which appears to be from Pakistan’s Hunza Valley. The newlywed couple can be seen taking a JCB ride which was adorned with flowers and other decorations. People on the road were seen cheering and hooting for the newlyweds. After a while, the JCB stopped and the bride and groom get down from the excavator.
